The Kitpas Art Chalks are made in an eco-friendly process, using recycled scallop shells, a by-product of the scallop industry in Japan. Blended with calcium carbonate and rich pigments, these high quality art chalks have a great coverage and blend easily for vibrant art applications. These all-natural chalks are super smooth to write with, and great for early years mark-making. Use them on a blackboard – these chalks wipe away easily with a damp cloth, or blend and shade them on paper for beautiful chalk artwork. The crayons are packaged in a closable durable cardboard and plastic box for storage.
