Our double sided handmade wooden emotions discs are made in the UK and are a brilliant resource for helping teach little ones emotional literacy. This set of 12 wooden discs show a facial expression on one side and the name of the emotion on the other. This helps children to start to identify, communicate, express and manage their emotions.
Our wooden emotions discs are a wonderful way to support your child’s emotional development, they are perfect for opening a conversation about how they are feeling. Mix with sensory bases or use as a resource to draw/act out different emotions. Building the language and understanding around children’s feelings.
The discs come in a 100% cotton drawstring bag to keep them safe, all in one place and easy to carry around with you as a support tool if needed. The emotions included in the set are;

The Emotions discs have been designed by hand and printed onto 5cm wooden rounds using HTV for a secure and long lasting fit; the rounds depict the facial emotion on the front and the emotion word on the back.
